For our client we are looking for a Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with Customer service area at our customers company. The main task in this assignment will be to coordinate requirements for customers service systems such as communications platform, chat solutions, workforce management, case management and more.
You will lead requirement analysis activities and make sure there is a close collaboration with surrounding business functions, IT-teams and vendors. You will work together with IT, business representatives, project leaders and other stakeholders.
Our customer is a manage and control organization with deliveries from different vendors and internal IT teams that strives to work with Continuous improvement and believe that you will enjoy working actively and participation in such an environment.
– Several years of requirements tasks and a solid technical background as well as a keen interest in requirement work
– Previous experience of working with customer service application/solutions
