For our client we are looking for a IT Service team Agent.
The client have implemented a new innovation IT service solution called Connect IT BAR.
The Connect IT BAR enables users to go directy to the service point and get support directly without calling servicedesk. A ticket will be created by the service personell and the user will get the support they need.
Minimum experience 2 years from working in similar teams
Broad IT-competence; computers, network, phones, AV-equipment, MS Office- Windows competence.
Extrovert and supporting way of working
Fluent in Swedish and English
Screening required: Credit Report and Police Register
Location: Kista and Solna
Work load: 100%
