Overview
Purpose of Role:
To provide administrative and analytical support to our customers Corporate OHS team.
Key Contacts:
Internal:
• You will be part of the Global OHS Network
• Liaise with Stakeholders,
o Global HR Country Representatives
o Global OHS officers
o Communications officers
o Corporate OHS team members
Responsibilities:
• Tracking implementation of the Group OHS Policy and OHS Procedures
• Source and analyse information, compiling reports & correspondence on how new policies have been implemented. Identifying missing information and problems that need rectifying with immediate effect
• Chasing Health and Safety information from relevant sources
• Logistics for training sessions that are set up around the world
• Organising travel, hotels, flights and expenses
• Data collection and entry, respond to phone calls/emails, filing and general administration duties
Competences:
Strong business acumen
Computer literate with an understanding of business systems, Excel, SharePoint and databases essential
Excellent communication skills/verbal and written essential (English)
Health and Safety knowledge desirable but not essential

The customer will provide you with Induction Training:
A formal induction/ training schedule will be agreed with successful candidate based on identified needs but will include:
• Introduction of customers standards – processes, key contacts, etc
• Training and Ongoing support
Start: 2018-11-01
Duration: 1 year with extension potential
Location: LUND
Work load: 50%
